(The original space)
Today, the people involved in the canal project are making a final site visit to verify the installation space. In my proposal, I suggested placing my art pieces on the wall near the train station, but most of the other art pieces are located near the Harecastle Tunnel entrance.
(Anna's suggestion) (final decision)
Anna suggested that I put my art pieces there as well, so that visitors can see them together. However, there is another space near the bridge that Anna suggested, but it's difficult for visitors to step back and get a good look at the art. Instead, I found another space that I thought would relate better to my art pieces. So, I moved my pieces next to the Harecastle tunnel notice board. Visitors can take pictures with my art pieces, and the daffodils next to the signboard create a connection with my art. In addition, Anna has confirmed with Rico and me regarding the transportation of our art piece. She will arrange a van for us to bring the art piece.
(Sketch of the hanging method)
Before the project, I had planned to make the wood panel on a canvas and hang it on the wall, but I encountered many difficulties. Therefore, I changed my mind and ended up with a better result. Fortunately, using the easel allows for more flexibility in moving the art.
